Register first, then collect sponsorships and pledges before walk day. Choose the path that fits you.

How to register as an individual or family

Follow these steps on 99Pledges to register, set up your fundraising page, and invite sponsors.

    Register

    Click this link to register: Register Here. You will be asked for four pieces of information: your name, your email address, an optional second email, and your t-shirt size. Fill these in, check the "I am not a robot" box, then click the green "Add" button.

    Get your fundraising link

    Once you are registered, you will see a green DONATE button on the page. Below it is a link to your personal fundraising page. Click "Copy link" to grab it, then share it with friends, family, and coworkers.

    Make your donation

    We ask that participant(s) contribute a $40 donation per adult, as their registration fee.

    Set up your fundraising page

    Look for an email from 99Pledges with the subject line "Check out your new fundraiser page!" If you use Gmail and do not see it right away, check your Promotions folder. It is almost certainly there.

    Click the second link in that email to open your donation page, where you can:

    • Set your personal fundraising goal
    • Confirm your distance (we suggest keeping it at 5K, unless you plan to do more than 5K)
    • Customize the message on your page
    • Upload a profile picture

    When you are done, click "Save."

    Invite people directly (optional)

    From your donation page, use the "Invite" tab to send invitations by email. Click the blue "Add Invitation" button and enter your contact's name along with their email or phone number.

For your sponsors

Once someone receives your invitation or fundraising link, they can click through to make either a flat donation or a per-kilometer pledge.
